mcw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply in full to every user of the mcw platform. By accessing the site, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts — whether from the same device, IP address or identity document — the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned on those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Sharing your login details with or granting access to any third party is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• If you log in on a public device, always log out at the end of your session.
• No third party may place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

mcw currently accepts deposits via the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Before depositing, make sure you are using the correct details.

3.2 Withdrawal Process and Timeframe

Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Before submitting a withdrawal request, confirm that your account verification has been completed. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000 — but you must complete bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

Another example: if you deposit ৳30,200, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a balance of ৳45,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳15,000 × 10 = ৳1,50,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or betting categories.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met may be withdrawn.
• The time limit for meeting the requirement will apply according to the specific promotion.

4.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses

If a user abuses the bonus policy or attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, mcw reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings without notice.

mcw has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

Cashback is calculated on the basis of weekly net losses (total stakes minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the consistency and volume of play. mcw reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time, but users will be notified before any change takes effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw platform:

• Using any automated software, bots or macros to place bets or operate games.
• Attempting to influence outcomes in coordination with other users (collusion).
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Any cyber attack or harmful activity directed at the platform.

6.1 Account Closure Process

mcw reserves the right to verify, temporarily suspend or permanently close any account. If a closed account holds a legitimate balance, a decision on returning it will be made after verification is complete. Users may also request that their own account be closed or temporarily deactivated.

All content on the mcw platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is protected by mcw's intellectual property rights. No part of the platform may be copied, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Users may not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute any software on the platform.

mcw collects, stores and processes users' personal data solely for the purpose of providing its services. We never sell your information to third parties. SSL encryption and other security measures are used to protect your data.

If a bet is left incomplete or an incorrect result is displayed due to a server error, network disruption or third-party software issue, mcw may consider that bet void. Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error will not be honoured.

10.2 Service Interruptions

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades or unavoidable circumstances. mcw bears no liability for any losses during such periods. However, users will be notified in advance before any extended maintenance.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

mcw will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or special damages. The platform provides its services on an "as is" basis and gives no guarantee of any specific outcome.
